 Closer.....

Up Close and Very Personal....

As you can see, at least one photographer in our group really enjoys super close ups.  Try a few yourself and see if you can show us a little of the tiny and up close world around you.
Be sure to send your pictures in according to the directions on the sidebar at the top of this page.  If you have questions or concerns, you can email or leave a message here for help.
If you enjoy these or any other photographs shown on any of the pages, please leave a message for the photographer, even if you need to do it anonymously.

Do I hear clicking going on out there all of you amateur photographers?  Kids, don't forget, this is for you also (as long as you have parental permission that is).

We're.......BACK!!!!!!! - Barns Wearing Camo!

Barns Wearing Camo!

Have you ever seen a barn wearing camo?  Or, wondered where in the world is Waldo?  Well, here's your chance to seek out the hide and seek game of Where's the barn.....

Photographer:  Photo Amature

This old building is easy to see but it's clearly wearing Camo!

 (Special effects from  rain)

Shaggy but still standing!

 Peek-A-Boo...I see you....

If I squat behind this tree, you can't see me....right?

Just cause my beard is shaggy...

I can't help it if I'm bald on top....

Na..na..na....You..can't..see..me....

Now for some clearly seen newer barns...

If you noticed a similarity in the style and structure of some of the barns, you saw correctly.  These buildings were photographed in Virginia and Kentucky and several were among the Mennonite community farmlands.

NOTE:  After a long winter dealing with a family emergency and tragedy, I am ready to get this Amateur Photography Shindig back on the road.  I'm sure you have all been busy with your spring and summer activities and I hope you have had your camera's with you cocked and ready to shoot!

Please feel free to share your summer activities with all of us, especially some who aren't able to get out and about easily!  It's always fun to see what other's come up with when they take our their camera and begin to play.

Remember that even kids can join (with parent permission) and show us some of your favorite pictures.  Just read the instructions and rules at the top right of the page to see how to become an amateur photographer and to share your joy with all of us!  Come on....jump right in, the photography is fine!
