Waldo Canyon Sunsets

Camera Shy is back and sharing some beautiful sunsets near her home. Somewhat ominous in nature, the sunsets are beautiful even though they grew from smoke from the Waldo Canyon Fire that destroyed thousands of acres, hundreds of homes and at least 2 human lives.
Even in devistation the awsomeness of nature can be seen if we take a moment to look. Thank you Camera Shy for sharing in the memory and yet the beauty of that season of fire this summer.

Ideals and Goals for all Entries

Each amateur photographer should choose photos that are of at least some quality, focused and clear. Subject should be clearly defined and not in deep shadow. This is not a 'family' blog to depict family members and personal items or activities. Photos including a person should be a characterization that anyone can identify with or enjoy, i.e. funny, extraordinary in pose and scene, etc. Animal or pet shots should be of interest to the public due to scene, pose or other and with good quality. All photos should be in good taste. No photo will be included that shows or eludes to impropriety, is sexual in nature or depicts meaness. If you are unsure if your photo will fit in our design, you can contact us through the email shown and we can decide then. I hope you will enjoy entering your shots as well as viewing others.
